Dosage:
Children from 12 years old 2x daily 1 tbl., adults 3x daily 1 tbl. Maximum recommended daily dose for children: 2 tbl., for adults 3 tbl.

Intake:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, do not smoke , do not drink any beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking several Joalis products at the same time, it is necessary to take a break of 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
