Vitamin C helps protect the cells from oxidation stress. Furthermore the creation of collagen, which is important for the function of blood vessels, bones, cartilages, skin, gums and teeth. It also helps the nervous system, psychological activity and the immune system. Its unreplaceable function is the increase in absorbing iron and the support of the energetic metabolism in the body. Vitamin C helps to decrease fatigue and aids in the regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E.

Recommended dosage
1 tablet twice a day.

Ingredients
Contents of 2 tablets: Hydrolyzed collagen 2.000 mg; emulsifier: vegetable cellulose; stabilizer: calcium phosphate, crosslinked carboxymethylcellulose sodium; anticaking agent: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate; L-ornithine HCl 30 mg; vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 20 mg (25 % of nutrient reference values); defoaming agent: vegetable stearic acid.

Precautions
It is designed for children over 3 years of age. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily  dosing. Store in a cool dry place out of reach of children. Use best  before date indicated by EXP data on the top side of the container.
