Ingredients:
in 50 ml: 20% ethanol - 40 ml; mixture of plant macerates in 20% ethanol - 10 ml, of which plantain - leaf (Plantago lanceolata) - 75%, sea buckthorn - inflorescence (Alchemilla vulgaris) - 8.33%, milk thistle - fruit (Silybum marianum) - 8.33%, sea buckthorn - fruit (Hippophae rhamnoides) - 8.33%.

Dosage:
Adults: 10 drops twice daily, unless otherwise recommended.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, smoke , drink no beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.

Storage
