Ingredients:
20% ethanol, a mixture of plant macerates, of which: arnica montana flower (Arnica montana), thyme (Thymus vulgaris), burdock root (Arctium lappa)

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily unless otherwise recommended.

Use:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, smoke, drink any beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
