Ginkgo biloba L. - 1.25 mg, sea buckthorn - Hippophae rhamnodies L. - 1.25 mg, blackcurrant - Ribes nigrum L. Nicotinamide (niacin) - 240 mg, thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) - 16.5 mg, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) - 37.5 ug, ethanol 20% ad 50 ml.

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily unless otherwise recommended.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use do not eat, smoke , drink any beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
