Ingredients:
20% ethanol - 47.5 ml; a mixture of plant macerates in 20% ethanol - 2.5 ml, of which fir madder - 0.08 mg, fenugreek - 0.08 mg, fenugreek - 0.08 mg, common geranium - 0.08 mg, geranium scented - 0.08 mg, dill scented - 0.08 mg, hyssop scented - 0.08 mg.

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily unless otherwise recommended.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use do not eat, smoke , drink any beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
