Helichrysum arenarium - tea, 60 g

Dosage:
Place 2-3 teaspoons of the herbal blend in 750 ml of boiling water.
Drink daily for 3 weeks followed by a one week break. You can repeat the whole process 3 times

Description:
This herbal tea contains mainly bitter substances that harmonize mainly the liver and gallbladder meridian.

Warning:

• In all cases of use, a 1-week break follows after 3 weeks of use.
• Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women
• Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• In case of any adverse effects, discontinue use of the tea.
• Store in a dry place.
• This product is not a substitute for a varied diet.

Recommendations:

1. Preparation. Alternatively, pour 2-3 teaspoons of the herbal mixture into a 750 ml container, cover with boiling water, cover and leave to infuse for 15 minutes. Strain the infused tea before drinking. The tea can be sweetened with honey for flavour.
2. Use. This is the recommended time; if you wish, you can also enjoy the tea in the evening. However, it is recommended in smaller quantities.
3. Detoxification:  Drink 750 ml daily for 3 weeks followed by a one week break. The whole process can be repeated 3 times. Detoxification is slower, the body is pre-cleansed and after 3 weeks repeat the 3 week cure.
4. Some herbal blends can also be used externally for their positive cosmetic or regenerative purposes, as a skin rinse (e.g. Rose, Black-headed or Wild Orange), hair balm (e.g. Stevia) or as a bath (e.g. Rose or Smilax).
