Ingredients:
20 % ethanol, plants: crabapple (Marrubium vulgare L.), linden (Tilia ssp.), vervain (Verbena officinalis L.), horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.), stinging nettle (Urtica dioica).

Dosage:
Adults: 10 drops twice daily, unless otherwise recommended.

Use:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, do not smoke , do not drink any beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
