Lapacho is a tea made from the inner bark of the Tabebuia serratifolia tree native to the Amazon regions of South America, also called the drink of the Incas. One of the tree's many other names is the 'tree of life', as its healing and strengthening properties have been used by indigenous tribes for centuries. Today, lapachol, the substance found in lapach, is the focus of scientists and doctors around the world who are working to treat cancer.

Ingredients:
Dried crushed inner bark of Tabebuia serratifolia

Preparation:
Place 4 full teaspoons of lapacha in 1 litre of boiling water, allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Remove 5 tablespoons of the decoction and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Drink warm or chilled.

Dosage:
Drink 1 liter of the decoction during the day, preferably between meals. After 2-3 weeks of use, a break of at least 1 month is advisable. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage!

Caution:
Not for children under 3 years of age. Consult your physician for use in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Not recommended for low blood pressure, cardiac insufficiency, diarrheal and febrile illnesses. Dietary supplements are not intended for use as a substitute for a varied diet. Once opened, it is recommended to be consumed within 3 months.

Storage:
Store in a dry place, out of direct sunlight, at 10-25°C. Protect from frost. Keep out of reach of children.
