Ingredients:
20% ethanol, a mixture of plant macerates: linden - flower (Tilia cordata), pine - tops (Pinus sylvestris), fir - flower (Aesculus hippocastanum), chervil - leaf (Levisticum officinale), artichoke - stem(Cynara scolymus).

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily unless otherwise recommended.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, do not smoke , do not drink any beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
