Ingredients:
20% ethanol, mixture of plant macerates: burdock - root (Arctium lappa), common nettle - inflorescence (Thymus serpyllum), lemon balm - inflorescence (Melissa officinalis), willow - inflorescence (Epilobium parviflorum).

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily unless otherwise recommended.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, do not smoke , do not drink any beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
