Ingredients:
in 50 ml: 20% ethanol - 40 ml; mixture of plant macerates in 20% ethanol - 10 ml, of which common motherwort - inflorescence (Thymus vulgaris) - 75%, common crabapple - inflorescence (Marrubium vulgare) - 8.33%, lavender - flower (Lavandula officinalis) - 8.33%, nettle - leaf (Urtica dioica) - 8.33%.

Dosage:
Adults: 10 drops twice daily, unless otherwise recommended.

Use:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, do not smoke, do not drink any beverages except pure water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
