Ingredients:
in 50 ml: 20% ethanol - 40 ml; mixture of plant macerates in 20% ethanol - 10 ml, of which hops - cone (Humulus lupulus) - 75%, hawthorn - leaf with flower (Crataegus laevigata) - 8.33%, primrose - flower (Primula veris) - 8.33%, willow - flower (Epilobium parviflorum) - 8.33%.

Dosage:
Adults: 10 drops twice daily, unless otherwise recommended.

Use:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, do not smoke, do not drink any beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
