Ingredients:
20% ethanol, a mixture of plant macerates, of which: meadow clover - flower (Trifolium pratense), common bean - fruit without seeds (Phaseolus vulgaris), parsley - leaf (Petroselinum crispum), oats - navel (Avena sativa), biotin, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5)

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily unless otherwise recommended.

Use:
20 minutes before and after use do not eat, smoke , drink no beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.

Therefore, do not store it within five centimetres of a microwave oven, refrigerator, television, mobile phone, etc. Close the container tightly after removing the required amount.
