Ingredients 1 capsule:
Soybean oil, gelatin capsule, cuttlebone powder (105 mg), glycerin – thickener, collagen (55.1 mg), fish oil (43.1 mg), water, stinging nettle extract (18.5 mg), glycerol monostearate – filler, manganese sulfate (0.6 mg manganese per capsule, 30% NRV), rosehip fruit extract (12.3 mg), beeswax – polishing agent, caramel – natural colour, lecithin – emulsifier.

Recommended dosage:
2–2–1 capsules daily, preferably after meals. After three weeks of use, take a one-week break. Increase fluid intake while taking the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Warning:
Not intended for persons hypersensitive to bee, soy or marine products. Not intended for children under 3 years of age. Consult a physician during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Dietary supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.

Storage method:
