Ingredients:
Lactose (filler) - 203 mg, microcrystalline cellulose (anti-caking agent) - 62 mg , corn starch (filler) - 35 mg, globe celery - flower (Centaurium erythraea) - 10 mg, Yarrow - Achillea millefolium - 10 mg, Prunus spinosa - 10 mg, Taraxacum officinale - 10 mg, Magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent) - 7 mg, Hypromellose (filler) - 3 mg.

Dosage:
Recommended daily dose for adults: 1-3 tablets per day. Maximum daily dose for adults: 3 tablets daily. 

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, smoke, drink any beverages except plain water. If take more than one Joalis product at the same time, a 1-5 minute pause should be observed between uses. The tablets may be dissolved in the mouth or taken undissolved with water, preferably at regular intervals.

Therefore, do not store it within five centimetres of a microwave oven, refrigerator, television, mobile phone, etc. Close the container tightly after removing the required amount.
