Methods of transport:
Transport to each country is provided by local carriers. In the Czech Republic, transport is provided by the company Zásilkovna.
Delivery is possible to:

• To the address idicated
• To the place of delivery
• To a drop box.

The price for shipping is based on the carrier's price list. The price of the shipment includes packing. The seller reserves the right to change the shipping company due to a change in the shipping situation without prior notice.

Methods of payment:
Payment for the order can be made by:

• By credit card - via Shopify Payments (supports credit card payments (Visa, Master Card), ApplePay, Google Pay).
• Transfer - to the account of the e-shop owner. The account is kept with Fio bank in the Czech Republic, IBAN: CZ31 2010 0000 0027 0206 5481. Please always indicate the variable symbol for easier order differentiation.
• Cash on delivery - payment in cash on receipt of the shipment (only possible with selected delivery companies)

Important notices:

• Order confirmation, the last step in creating an order (pressing the "Order binding payment" button) is binding. The customer hereby undertakes to collect and pay for the ordered goods. The Seller has the right to claim the costs incurred (postage and packing) in the event of non-acceptance of the order, or not to respond to further orders of the customer, without settling mutual claims.
• The ordered goods become the property of the customer only after full credit of the purchase amount to the seller's account.
• The customer has the right to return the purchased goods (in undamaged and unopened condition) within 14 days of receiving the order. In this case, the seller will return the entire amount of the goods to the buyer. Money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• The Seller shall not be liable for non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
• All product photographs shown are for information purposes only. The Seller reserves the right to change photographs and product descriptions without notice as such information is received from the manufacturers of the goods.
• All shipments are insured against damage and loss. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR SHIPMENT CAREFULLY! IF THE PARCEL SHOWS SIGNS OF DAMAGE OR FOREIGN OPENING, DO NOT ACCEPT IT!
