20% ethanol, a mixture of plant macerates, yarrow - inflorescence (Achillea millefolium), milk thistle - leaf. Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily unless otherwise recommended.

Use:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, smoke , drink no beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 to 5 minutes between uses.
