Ingredients:
20% ethanol, a mixture of plant macerates: sage - leaf (Salvia officinalis), gingko - leaf (Ginkgo biloba), linden - flower (Linaria vulgaris), borage - flower (Alchemila vulgaris), viola tricolor - flower (Viola tricolor).

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily unless otherwise recommended.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, do not smoke , do not drink any beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.

Storage
