Psyllium Husk supports a healthy digestive system. It eases the digest transit and helps maintain healthy intestines. It is suitable even for pregnant women, hemerrhoids and prevents constipation.

2 capsules a day.

Ingredients
Contents of 2 capsules: Plantago ovata (plantain egg, capsule seed) 1.000 mg; emulsifier: vegetable cellulose; anticaking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. Gelatine capsule.

Precautions
It is not designed for children up to 3 years of age. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosing. Store in a cool dry place out of reach of children. Use best before date indicated by EXP dataon the top side of the container.
