In TCM theory, maintaining harmony between yin and yang is important for supporting calmness, head comfort and smooth circulation of energy and blood. When this balance is disturbed, feelings of tension, restlessness or reduced comfort may occur. This herbal blend is traditionally used to support internal balance, relaxation and overall wellbeing according to traditional Chinese medicine principles.
