It strengthens not only physical stamina, but also increases mental resistance, but its effect is gentle and harmonizing and without adverse events. Hong jing tian (Rhodiola rosea) is an ideal herb for a modern man, as it positively influences all 5 basic elements of Chinese medicine – Spleen PI, Heart XIN, Lungs FEI, Liver GAN and Kidney SHEN. Optimizes the ratio of YIN and YANG in the body. The exceptional effects of this herb have been known for thousands of years in Tibet, where Tibetan monks used it to improve their mental strength, concentration and physical endurance. It is sometimes referred to as Ginseng from the plateau or Tibetan ginseng (“Those who use it regularly live for more than 100 years”). It’s with good reason that it is known as the Golden Root of health and longevity.
