Dosage:
Place 2-3 teaspoons of the herbal blend in 750 ml of boiling water.
Drink daily for 3 weeks followed by a week's rest. You can repeat the whole process 3 times

Description:
HARMONIZES MERIDIAN OF THE LIVER, Bladder and PLIC. 

Warning:

• In all cases of use, a 1-week break follows after 3 weeks of use.
• Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women
• Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• In case of any adverse effects, discontinue use of the tea.
• Store in a dry place.
• This product is not a substitute for a varied diet.
• Do not drink tea at the same time as medication to reduce blood clotting.

Recommendations:

1. Preparation: Place 2-3 teaspoons of the herbal blend in 750 ml of boiling water, boil for 2-3 minutes and strain immediately. Alternatively, pour 2-3 teaspoons of the herbal mixture into a 750 ml container, cover with boiling water, cover the container and leave to infuse for 15 minutes. Strain the infused tea before drinking. The tea can be sweetened with honey for flavour
   
2. Use: Take in sips throughout the day until 5pm. This is the recommended time; if you wish, you can also enjoy the tea in the evening. However, it is recommended in smaller quantities.
3. Detox:  Drink 750 ml daily for 3 weeks followed by a week's break. The whole process can be repeated 3 times. Detoxification is slower, the body is pre-cleansed and after 3 weeks repeat the 3 week cure.
4. Some herbal blends can also be used externally for their positive cosmetic or restorative purposes, as a skin rinse decoction (e.g., Rose, Blackhead or Wild Orange), hair balm (e.g., Stevia) or as a bath (e.g., Rose or Smilax).
