The pack contains 6 pieces of tea bags for daily use to calm, relax, refresh, regenerate, strengthen and stimulate the body. Enjoy the delicious taste of the Ayurvedic combinations of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, citron grass, mint, rose, Indian ginseng (ashwagandha), the legendary yogic herb brahmi or the Ayurvedic fruit embilica (amalaki).
Preparation
Pour boiling water (250 ml) over the tea bag and allow to infuse for 3-5 min. Add honey to taste if desired.

3-4 cups per day
Use
Traditionally, Himalayan herbs are left to simmer for at least 3-5 minutes when used as a means of optimizing the body's mental and physical functions. A decoction prepared in this way has a stronger action, a milder taste and a beneficial effect on digestion. The different parts of the herbs (flowers, fruits, seeds, stems, leaves, bark, rhizomes and roots) are purposely ground into fine parts so that they can be mixed homogeneously, which guarantees the best quality effectiveness of Ayurvedic mixtures. If the teas are used only as a preventative, supportive or stimulant, the herbs can be left to infuse.
For optimum effect of the herbal decoction, drink the teas warm preferably in the morning before breakfast, during the day one hour before meals and in the evening before going to bed for the duration of the recovery of the desired functions of the body. Allow a one-week break after consuming each packet.
The specific taste of each tea is part of the therapeutic action and corresponds to the Ayurvedic properties of the six tastes. Therefore, we recommend that no sweeteners are added.
