MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC ONE OF THE MOST COMMON CAUSES OF MORBIDITY IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC AND, UNFORTUNATELY, MORTALITY. IT IS AN ACUTE FORM OF CORONARY HEART DISEASE, IN WHICH IS AN ACUTE FORM OF CORONARY HEART DISEASE, WHICH IS CAUSED BY INSUFFICIENT BLOOD OXYGEN SUPPLY.
MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION
Myocardial infarction is one of the most common causes of morbidity and, unfortunately, mortality in the Czech Republic. It is an acute form of of coronary heart disease, in which a part of the heart muscle dies due to insufficient blood
oxygen supply.
The consequence is damage to the heart muscle of varying degrees:
- either affects the entire thickness of the heart wall - heals with a scar and is medically more severe
- or it does not affect the entire thickness of the heart wall - it is usually less severe
Typical symptoms
- severe and persistent chest pain, often of a constricting nature
- possibility of pain shooting up into the neck, jaw, between the shoulder blades, into the left shoulder and arm (course of the heart)
- possibility of atypical pain pattern - right shoulder, stomach
- other possible symptoms: nausea, vomiting, shortness of breath, anxiety, disturbances of consciousness
- about 5 % of patients without symptoms (clinically silent heart attack)
Occurrence of the disease
- IM is more common in men than in women, likelihood of occurrence increases with age
- the incidence of IM in the middle-aged male population is 10-15 cases/1 000 men per year
Risk factors
- dyslipidaemia (disorder of fat metabolism) and atherosclerosis
- hypertension
- diabetes mellitus
- obesity
- physical inactivity
- stress
- smoking
- genetic factors
Prevention
We distinguish between primary and secondary prevention of disease
The purpose of primary prevention is to prevent the onset of disease. In primary prevention, it is necessary to focus comprehensively on a healthy lifestyle
with the suppression of factors that lead to the development of sub-diseases (dyslipidaemia, atherosclerosis, hypertension...). This includes dietary measures, exercise regimes, eliminating harmful habits and limiting the effects of stress.
The purpose of secondary prevention is to prevent recurrence and the development of more severe forms of the disease. Secondary prevention is
we target the factors that led to the heart attack in a particular case. We eliminate them by all classical means and alternative medicine. We control and monitor the success of treatment.
Diagnostics
- establishing an accurate history (clinical symptoms and their course)
- repeat ECG recording
- repeat blood tests
- echocardiographic examination (dynamic ultrasound of the heart)
- coronary angiography (X-ray imaging of the heart arteries using a contrast medium inserted through a catheter penetrating the skin to the heart and its arteries through the vascular system)
Classical treatment
Modern invasive treatment - primary PTCA (percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty). The essence of the method is the introduction of catheter and dilating the narrowed artery with a balloon, or inserting a stent (tube) to achieve a permanent flow through the artery. In terms of conventional medical treatment, drugs are used to relieve pain, dilate the heart arteries, and prevent blood clotting,
heart rhythm disturbances and correcting blood pressure. After the acute condition is managed, spa convalescence is recommended within 3 months of the event, unless contraindicated. ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION MUST ALWAYS BE TREATED IN HOSPITAL!
First aid for the layman
- stay calm, don't eat, don't drink alcohol, don't smoke
- 1 tablet of Nitroglycerin under the tongue (if available), no more than 3 times for 5-10 min., a cold compress on the chest may relieve
- when feeling faint, place head lower
- call the ambulance immediately, briefly explain the trouble
- the surrounding area must be prepared for resuscitation in the event of cardiac and respiratory arrest
- as a practical matter, early administration of drugs affecting blood clotting is important, e.g. Acylpyrine, which prevents thrombus growth
Myocardial infarction and Energy products
Energy products provide another important option in the fight against myocardial infarction, one of the most serious, life-threatening disease. There is also an important place for the use of these products in the post-hospital phase of cardiovascular therapy.
Main products
KOROLEN - herbal concentrate to harmonize the energy pathway of the heart with antioxidant and regenerative action. Positive affects the vascular system. In the initial phase 3 drops 3 times a day, later can be increased up to 7 drops 3 times a day. Special attention is should be paid to the initial administration in the elderly; here a suitable initial bioinformative dose of 1 drop 3 times a day, with gradual increase according to the tolerance of the product.
RUTICELIT - to enhance the regenerative effect of Korolen, it is advisable to apply the herbal bioinformation cream at the same time, on acupuncture pathway of the heart and reflex zones, e.g. point 7 on the wrist.
ORGANIC BARLEY JUICE - young barley, which is a source of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes - use of enzymatic efficacy of the product to biodegrade necrotic changes, 1-3 times daily 1 teaspoon in a glass of water.
VITAMARIN - 1-3 times a day 1 capsule, preferably after meals, supplies the body with essential unsaturated fatty acids, having an anti-sclerotic effect on blood vessels and positively influencing the rhythm and function of the heart.
Complementary products
FLAVOCEL - 1x daily 1 tablet - harnessing the antioxidant action of vitamin C and using the ability of flavonoids to reduce clumping Platelets and the tendency to thrombosis (affecting blood clotting).
SPIRULINA BARLEY - a bioinformative preparation, advantageously combining enzymes of young barley with nutritional substances, vitamins and minerals of freshwater spirulina algae, 1-3 times a day, 2 tablets. Balanced preparation suitable for long-term supplementation.
CELITIN - utilizing the protective effect of Ginkgo biloba on blood vessels and favorably influencing fat metabolism in a dose of 1x daily 1 capsule.
The dosage given is only indicative and must be adjusted according to the state of the disease, age and reactivity of the patient.
